Themed properties are where most photographers come unstuck. A custom bunk build lit by colour-changing LED, an arcade conversion with six competing light sources, a hand-painted mural running floor to ceiling. None of it behaves like a normal bedroom. Shoot it on a standard interior recipe and the colour goes muddy, the neon clips, and the craftsmanship the owner paid for disappears. We shoot these rooms constantly, and we shoot them so they still read at listing-thumbnail size.

If the shoot day turns grey, overcast, or wet, you pick the fix: we come back and reshoot the exteriors in good light at no charge, or we enhance the sky so the home looks like it does on its best day, labelled as a digitally altered image the way MLS rules require. Either way you never pay twice because of the weather.

Every photo package is delivered within 24 hours of the shoot as the standard service, not as a paid upgrade you have to remember to ask for. When a listing has to go live tonight, same-day rush photo delivery is available on request. Video is the one exception: a video tour is delivered within 48 hours. We aim for 24, but a proper edit sometimes needs the second day, so if you need video in 24 hours or less, call us before you book.

Licensed drone photography is included in every real estate and vacation rental package wherever airspace allows, rather than sold as an add-on. Airspace is checked and any LAANC authorization is filed before the shoot, so nobody finds out on the day that the property sits inside controlled airspace.
Twilight Included
Twilight exteriors on any package, no extra charge.
A genuine twilight exterior, shot in the real window after sunset, is included with every real estate and vacation rental package rather than sold as an add-on. It is a scheduling decision, not a line item: ask for it when you book and we plan the shoot around that evening's sunset. We are a premium provider, and we do not believe in upcharging a client for the frame most likely to become the lead photo.
