Our photo-based diagrams therefore carry room labels and no printed dimensions or square footage.

We walk the property with a scanning app, which takes about five minutes, and the resulting plan follows the ANSI Z765 standard that appraisers and most MLSs expect. Publishing an estimated square footage on a listing is not worth the exposure.
