Guarantees

Booking Risk and Guarantees

Does Jet Media Productions offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. Jet Media Productions backs every shoot with a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if the media does not work for the listing, the client reports it within 48 hours and the property is reshot at no charge.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my photo shoot?

Jet Media Productions offers a Blue Sky Guarantee. If the shoot day is grey, overcast, or wet, the client chooses between a free reshoot of the exteriors in good light or a sky enhancement labelled as a digitally altered image in line with MLS disclosure rules. There is no second charge either way.

How fast are real estate photos delivered?

Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot on every photo package, with same-day rush photo delivery available on request. Video tours are delivered within 48 hours.

Does Jet Media Productions charge travel or mileage fees?

No. Pricing is identical across all 14+ Central Florida cities served, with no mileage surcharge, travel zones, or fuel fees.

Are drone photos included or charged separately?

Drone aerial photography is included at no extra cost in every real estate and vacation rental package wherever airspace allows. LAANC authorization is obtained before the shoot when required.

Does Jet Media Productions charge extra for twilight photos?

Not for the AI twilight exterior, which is included at no extra charge with every real estate and vacation rental package. It is made from the daytime photos and disclosed on the MLS as a digitally altered image. A real twilight shoot at dusk is a separate evening visit with an added fee: ask for it when you book.

Is Jet Media Productions licensed and insured?

Yes. All aerial work is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot on Remote ID compliant equipment, and the business carries commercial insurance. Certificates are available for brokerage vendor files on request.

Can I reschedule a photo shoot?

Yes, at no charge. Jet Media Productions reschedules shoots free of charge and books the next available slot that works for the client.

Questions

Real Estate Photography

How much does real estate photography cost in Orlando?

Jet Media Productions offers real estate photography packages starting at $219 for 40-75 photos including drone aerial shots, interior and exterior coverage, with 24-hour delivery. Photos with either a video tour or a Zillow 3D tour and interactive floor plan are $349: at that price you pick one. The Total Package, $499, has photos, video and a 3D tour together, plus up to 10 virtually staged photos if the home needs them.

Do you include drone photos in real estate packages?

Yes. Drone aerial photography is included at no additional cost in all real estate photography packages. Our drone pilots hold current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificates and carry commercial liability insurance.

Do you charge extra for twilight photos?

Not for the AI twilight exterior. Every real estate photography package includes one at no extra charge, starting from the $219 photo package, the same way drone aerials are. It is made from the daytime photos, so it has to be disclosed on the MLS as a digitally altered image. A real twilight shoot at dusk is a separate evening visit with an added fee: ask for it when you book.

How quickly can real estate photos be delivered?

Standard turnaround for real estate photography is 24 hours, and same-day rush photo delivery is available upon request. Video tours are delivered within 48 hours: we aim for 24, but a proper edit sometimes needs the second day. If you need video in 24 hours or less, call us at (321) 800-5294 before you book and we will tell you whether that day can do it.

Can I pay for listing photos at closing?

Yes, when the home is being sold. It is not limited to a particular listing service, and either the agent or the homeowner can be the one who pays. With pay at close nothing is due at the shoot and the invoice is settled from the sale proceeds at the closing table, for a flat $25 service fee on the invoice. It is a loan made by Titus, a third-party lender, not a payment plan with us: it is due at the sale or six months after the shoot, whichever comes first, and it is owed whether or not the home sells. Titus charges the person paying a flat fee set by credit, from 0% at a score of 800 and above up to 8%, and approval is their decision. It needs a signed listing agreement on a residential property, and short-term rentals cannot use it. Select pay at close on the booking form, or read the full terms at jetmediaproductions.com/pay-at-close.

What areas do you serve for real estate photography?

We serve 14+ cities across Central Florida including Orlando, Kissimmee, Celebration, Winter Park, Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Lake Nona, Winter Garden, Davenport, Haines City, Clermont, St. Cloud, Sanford, and Altamonte Springs.

What is a Matterport 3D virtual tour?

A Matterport 3D virtual tour is an interactive digital model of a property that allows viewers to walk through the space, view a dollhouse overview, and take measurements. All from a web browser or mobile device.

Can you install my lockbox and yard sign after the shoot?

Yes. For a flat $30 we install your lockbox and yard sign once the shoot wraps, so you never drive back to the property. Leave them at the house or drop them with us ahead of time. We can also store your lockboxes and signs between listings at no charge and carry them from job to job.

Why install the sign and lockbox after the photos instead of before?

Because a yard sign and a lockbox both show up in exterior photos if they go in first. Shooting the property clean and installing afterward gives you a spotless hero image and a showing-ready listing on the same visit. It is the same trip either way, so there is no reason to do it in the order that hurts the photos.

How long does a real estate photo shoot take?

A standard real estate photo shoot takes 30-60 minutes for photography. Add 15-30 minutes for video. A 3D tour scan adds approximately 1 hour depending on property size.

Questions

For Sale By Owner (FSBO)

Do you photograph for sale by owner homes?

Yes. Jet Media Productions photographs for sale by owner (FSBO) homes across Orlando and Central Florida, and the homeowner books directly: no agent is needed. FSBO sellers get the same packages at the same prices real estate agents pay, starting at $219 for 40-75 professional photos with drone aerials and a twilight exterior included.

How much do FSBO listing photos cost in Orlando?

The Photo Package is $219 for 40-75 professional photos, with drone aerials and an AI twilight exterior included at no extra charge and delivery within 24 hours. Photos plus either a cinematic video tour or a Zillow 3D tour and interactive floor plan is $349: you pick one of the two. The Total Package with all three is $499, plus up to 10 virtually staged photos if the home needs them. There is no for sale by owner surcharge and no travel fee anywhere in our Central Florida service area.

Can I use the photos on Zillow, a flat fee MLS listing, and Facebook Marketplace?

The photos are delivered in MLS-ready formats, so the same set uploads to a for sale by owner listing on Zillow, a flat fee MLS service, Facebook Marketplace, and your own flyers or yard sign QR code. We are a photography company, not a listing service: we do not list the home or provide MLS access. You choose the listing service, and we supply the photos, video or 3D tour for it. If a site asks for a specific size, tell us when you book.

How fast will I get my FSBO listing photos?

Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot as standard, so a home photographed today can be live tomorrow. Video tours are delivered within 48 hours. If you need video in 24 hours or less, call us at (321) 800-5294 before you book.

Do you charge extra for drone or twilight photos on a FSBO shoot?

No for drone, and no for the AI twilight exterior. Drone aerials are included in every package wherever airspace allows, and every package includes an AI twilight exterior at no extra charge. A real twilight shoot at dusk is a separate evening visit with an added fee. All of it is the same for homeowners as it is for agents.

How should I get my house ready for the photographer?

Turn on every interior light, open the blinds and curtains, clear the kitchen and bathroom counters, put away bins, hoses and pet bowls, and move cars off the driveway. Make the beds and hide cords and remotes. The shoot is booked for 2 hours, and a house that is ready when we arrive means more of that time goes into photographs.

What else can I add to a for sale by owner shoot?

A floor plan diagram is $15 and answers the layout question buyers ask most. Virtual staging for vacant rooms starts at $5 per photo and is delivered labelled as digitally altered with the original alongside it. Video tours and 3D tours are part of the larger packages rather than add-ons.

What if it rains or I do not like the photos?

Every shoot carries the same guarantees whoever books it. Under the Blue Sky Guarantee a grey or wet shoot day gets a free exterior reshoot in good light, or a sky enhancement labelled as digitally altered. Under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, if the photos do not work for your listing and you tell us within 48 hours, we reshoot at no charge. Rescheduling is free.

Questions

Vacation Rental and Short-Term Rental

How much does vacation rental photography cost in Orlando?

We shoot vacation rentals on the same package schedule as residential listings: photos from $219 for 40-75 images with drone aerials included, photo and video from $349, and Zillow or Matterport 3D tours from $349. Multi-property rates are available for management companies. Call (321) 800-5294 for a portfolio quote.

Do you photograph themed vacation rentals?

Yes. Themed properties are a specialty. We have shot dozens across the Kissimmee and Davenport corridor, including custom-muraled bedrooms, arcade and game rooms, home theaters, and converted garages. Themed rooms are usually dark, heavily saturated, and full of competing light sources, so they need a different exposure and colour approach than a standard bedroom. Shot properly they read clearly even at Airbnb thumbnail size, which is where the booking decision actually starts.

How many photos does a vacation rental listing need?

For a typical 4-8 bedroom Orlando area vacation home, plan on 40-75 images: every bedroom and bathroom, all living and dining areas, the kitchen, the pool deck, any themed or amenity rooms, plus exterior and aerial context. Both Airbnb and Vrbo reward comprehensive photo sets, and incomplete coverage is the single most common reason a well-appointed property underperforms.

Can you shoot multiple properties in one day?

Yes. Multi-property days are routine for management companies and investor portfolios in ChampionsGate, Reunion, Solara, Windsor Island, and Storey Lake. Scheduling several homes in the same community cuts travel time and lets us hold a consistent lighting and editing treatment across the whole portfolio, so the listings look like one brand rather than a dozen different photographers.

Do professional photos increase vacation rental bookings?

Listing photography is the primary factor guests use to shortlist a property, because the photo grid is what they see before they read a single word. Better images improve click-through from search results, which is the step that determines whether a listing gets considered at all. For short-term rentals the return compounds, since the same photo set works across Airbnb, Vrbo, your direct booking site, and paid social for the life of the listing.

Can you fly a drone over a vacation rental near Disney?

It depends on the exact address. Permanent flight restrictions cover Walt Disney World and Universal Studios airspace, and properties near Orlando International or Kissimmee Gateway require LAANC authorization. Much of the ChampionsGate, Reunion, Davenport, and Solara corridor is flyable with the right clearance. We check airspace before every shoot and handle all authorizations, nothing for you to file.

Do I need to be there for the shoot?

No. Most of our short-term rental work is done with lockbox or smart-lock access while the property is in a turnover window. Send us the access details and any notes on rooms you want emphasised, and we will work around the cleaning schedule.

How should the property be prepared before you arrive?

Ideally the home should be photographed right after a full clean and turnover. Beds made and styled, all lights working and switched on, blinds open, counters and bathrooms clear of personal items and toiletries, pool cleaned and equipment stowed, and vehicles moved off the driveway. We do light styling on site, but a property that arrives turnover-ready photographs significantly better.

Can you fly drones near Orlando International Airport?

Operations near MCO and other controlled airspace require LAANC authorization. We handle all airspace clearances as part of our service. You do not need to arrange this yourself.

Drone operations are prohibited within Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) zones over Disney World, Universal Studios, and other theme parks. Properties near airports require LAANC authorization. We assess all airspace restrictions before every flight.

Questions

AI Services

What AI tools do you use for photo enhancement?

We use industry-leading AI tools including advanced sky replacement, HDR blending, twilight conversion, and color enhancement technologies. Every image is reviewed by our team before delivery.

How long does AI photo enhancement take?

Most AI photo enhancements are delivered within 24 hours. Twilight conversions and virtual staging typically take the same timeframe. Rush delivery is available for same-day turnaround.

Can AI replace professional photography?

AI enhances professional photography. It doesn't replace it. We recommend shooting with our professional team first, then using AI to add twilight effects, virtual staging, and enhancements that make your listing stand out.

How does the AI Social Media Manager work?

Each month we provide 5 video ideas for your approval. Once approved, we create virtual tour videos with text overlays optimized for social media. You review everything before posting. Optional add-ons include in-person podcast-style filming.

What formats are AI videos delivered in?

AI videos are delivered in both vertical (9:16 for Reels/TikTok/Stories) and horizontal (16:9 for YouTube/MLS) formats. Each video is 20-30 seconds and optimized for social media engagement.

Can you make a floor plan from photos only?

Yes, as a layout diagram. We can draw a clean, colour-coded plan showing room arrangement, flow, and labels from your listing photos. What we cannot do from photos is measure. Photographs carry no scale reference, so any dimensions inferred from them are estimates, and reported error on photo-derived measurements runs roughly 5 to 15 percent. Our photo-based diagrams therefore carry room labels and no printed dimensions or square footage.

What if I need square footage on the floor plan?

That requires an on-site scan, not photos. We walk the property with a scanning app, which takes about five minutes, and the resulting plan follows the ANSI Z765 standard that appraisers and most MLSs expect. If you need measured square footage for a listing or an appraisal, ask for a scan when you book rather than a photo-based diagram. Publishing an estimated square footage on a listing is not worth the exposure.

Do you offer bulk pricing for AI services?

Yes. We offer volume discounts for agents and brokerages processing multiple listings. Contact us for custom pricing on 10+ listings per month.
