If the media does not work for your listing, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and reshoot the property at no charge. No debate, no partial credit, no invoice games. We would rather spend another morning at the property than have you market it with photos you are not proud of.
Blue Sky Guarantee
A grey day never costs you a listing.
Florida weather does not check your listing calendar. If the shoot day turns grey, overcast, or wet, you pick the fix: we come back and reshoot the exteriors in good light at no charge, or we enhance the sky so the home looks like it does on its best day, labelled as a digitally altered image the way MLS rules require. Either way you never pay twice because of the weather.
24-Hour Delivery Guarantee
Photos back in 24 hours, as standard.
Every photo package is delivered within 24 hours of the shoot as the standard service, not as a paid upgrade you have to remember to ask for. When a listing has to go live tonight, same-day rush delivery is available on request.
No Travel Fees

Licensed drone photography is included in every real estate and vacation rental package wherever airspace allows, rather than sold as an add-on. Airspace is checked and any LAANC authorization is filed before the shoot, so nobody finds out on the day that the property sits inside controlled airspace.
Licensed and Insured
FAA Part 107 certified and commercially insured.
Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot using Remote ID compliant equipment, and the business carries commercial insurance. Brokerages that keep vendor files on record can request the certificate at any time.

Move your shoot, no fee, no drama.
Sellers change their minds, closings slip, and tenants do not always move out on schedule. Reschedule any shoot at no charge and we will put you in the next open slot that works.

Tell us within 48 hours
Reply to your delivery email or call (321) 800-5294. Say which photos are the problem and why. There is no form to fill in and no ticket number.
We schedule the fix
For a reshoot we book the next slot that works for the property, usually within a couple of days. For a sky or edit correction we turn it around same day.
You are not billed again
A reshoot under the satisfaction or Blue Sky guarantee carries no second charge, no trip fee, and no editing fee. The original invoice is the only invoice.
About Sky Enhancement and Disclosure
Replacing a grey sky with a blue one is a digitally altered image under California AB 723, and most MLSs and brokerages have chosen to run a single national standard rather than maintain two. It needs to be disclosed. Correcting exposure, white balance, or contrast does not, because those recover what the camera saw rather than change what was there.
That is why the Blue Sky Guarantee gives you the choice. If you want the listing clean of any disclosable edit, we come back and reshoot the exteriors in good light at no charge. If you would rather go live immediately, we enhance the sky and label the image the way the rules require. Both options are free. Only you can decide which one your listing needs.
