A Jet Media Photographer, Based in the Metroplex

Jet Media Productions now has a photographer based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, shooting listings across the metroplex from Dallas and Fort Worth out to Plano, Frisco, Arlington and Denton. It is the same service Jet Media delivers in Orlando: 40 to 75 edited photos, drone aerials and an AI twilight exterior included, and photos delivered within 24 hours of the shoot.

North Texas is a different shoot from Florida. Brick two-story homes with alley-loaded garages, Tudor and Craftsman streets in older Dallas neighborhoods, high-rise condos where the skyline is the selling point, and summer sun that flattens a front elevation by mid-morning. That is exactly where the included extras earn their keep: the aerial shows the lot, the alley access and the backyard in one frame, and the AI twilight exterior shows a brick facade in evening light, the way midday never does.

Neighborhoods

Neighborhoods in Dallas-Fort Worth

We serve every neighborhood and community in Dallas-Fort Worth. Here are the areas we photograph most frequently.

Uptown & Downtown Dallas

High-rise and mid-rise condos where the skyline is the selling point. Twilight frames and elevated angles carry these listings, and building rules decide which rooftop and amenity spaces can be photographed.

M Streets & Lakewood

Tudor and Craftsman homes under mature tree canopy. The shade that flatters a front elevation in the late afternoon hides it at noon, so exterior timing matters as much as the interiors.

Plano, Richardson & Lake Highlands

Brick two-story homes from the 1960s through the 1990s, many with alley-loaded garages. The front photographs clean, and the aerial shows the lot, the alley and the backyard together.

Frisco, Prosper & Celina

A large share of the metro's new construction, much of it in master-planned communities. Builder homes and resales compete side by side, so a clean, consistent set delivered fast matters.

Fort Worth: Fairmount & Arlington Heights

Historic bungalows, 1920s revival homes and renovated cottages on tree-lined streets south and west of downtown Fort Worth. Period detail and updated interiors both need to read.

Southlake, Keller & Colleyville

Custom homes on larger lots between DFW Airport and Fort Worth. Pools, outdoor living areas and lot size make the aerial one of the most important frames in the set.

Why Listing Media Matters in Dallas-Fort Worth

Dallas-Fort Worth is the fourth-largest metro in the United States, home to about 8.3 million people at the Census Bureau's 2024 estimate, and it added roughly 178,000 residents between July 2023 and July 2024 alone. A market that size moves a lot of inventory, and listings are sorted on a screen long before anyone books a showing. The first photo is the first showing.

The metroplex is also spread across thousands of square miles, so one week of listings can include a Deep Ellum loft, a Fort Worth bungalow and a new build in Celina. Consistent photography across that range is what a listing team's brand looks like online, and it is the whole point of a single standard: the same edit, the same package and the same 24-hour delivery wherever the property is.

Local Landmarks

Notable Locations in Dallas-Fort Worth

Places that shape the local market, and what a listing near them needs to show.

landmark

Klyde Warren Park

The deck park built over the Woodall Rodgers Freeway between Downtown and Uptown. Condo listings with park and skyline views need both in the set, by day and at twilight.

landmark

White Rock Lake

The East Dallas lake ringed by a trail loop. Homes near the lake lean on aerials to show the water and the green space around it.

landmark

Grapevine Lake & Lewisville Lake

The big reservoirs north of the airport, with lakefront and near-lake homes where only an aerial shows the shoreline, the water and the lot together.

commercial

Legacy West

The mixed-use district at the center of Plano's corporate corridor, surrounded by townhomes and newer single-family neighborhoods.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Jet Media Productions have a photographer in Dallas-Fort Worth?

Yes. Jet Media Productions has a photographer based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, covering Dallas, Fort Worth and the suburbs across the metroplex. You book through the same website and pay the same prices as our Orlando clients.

How much does real estate photography cost in Dallas?

The Photo Package is $219 for 40 to 75 edited photos with drone aerials and an AI twilight exterior included. Photos plus a video tour or a Zillow 3D tour is $349, and the Total Package with photos, video and a 3D tour is $499. Prices are identical to Orlando and are before sales tax, which Texas charges on photography.

Can I pay for listing photos at closing in Dallas-Fort Worth?

Yes, on homes being sold, the same as in Orlando. Pay at close is a third-party loan from Titus, which lends to both agents and homeowners in Texas: the invoice is repaid from the sale proceeds at closing, or six months after the shoot if the home has not sold by then, and it is owed either way. Titus charges the borrower 0% to 8% depending on credit, and we add a flat $25 service fee. Short-term rentals are not eligible.

How fast are photos delivered in Dallas-Fort Worth?

Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot and video tours within 48 hours, the same turnaround as every Jet Media market.

Can you fly a drone near DFW Airport or Love Field?

Often, with authorization. Large parts of the metroplex sit in controlled airspace: the Class B around DFW Airport and Love Field, plus Class D around towered fields such as Addison, Fort Worth Meacham and Alliance. Flights there need FAA authorization before takeoff, which we request as part of the shoot at no extra cost. Some addresses close to the runways are limited to low altitudes.

Is twilight photography included in Dallas?

Yes, as an AI twilight exterior: every package includes one at no extra charge, the same as in Orlando. A real twilight shoot at dusk is available by request for an added fee, so ask when you book.
