Booked one month out, flew in from out of state had place staged and this person does not show. When I called he Tyler stated he was moving and the software didn’t book my appointment. I was very disappointed over the situation and really didn’t know what to do. Tyler 1st apologized over the situation and the bind he put me in and volunteered to remedy the situation by showing up at whatever time I needed him there. I explained I was leaving the next day at noon and he asked if he can be there at 7am in order to have everything done prior to me leaving. I really appreciate someone who is willing to own the situation whether positive or negative. He did everything he promised and then some. I stand corrected on the professionalism of this company and highly endorse their services. At Jet Media Productions their word is their bond!
Tyler did an incredible job with my real estate photos, he’s super knowledgeable. Can’t believe the prices either for all the work he doesn’t real great guy, and excellent customer service all around. I will be using him moving forward, and absolutely recommend him to others as well.

If the media does not work for your listing, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and reshoot the property at no charge. No debate, no partial credit, no invoice games. We would rather spend another morning at the property than have you market it with photos you are not proud of.

Florida weather does not check your listing calendar. If the shoot day turns grey, overcast, or wet, you pick the fix: we come back and reshoot the exteriors in good light at no charge, or we enhance the sky so the home looks like it does on its best day, labelled as a digitally altered image the way MLS rules require. Either way you never pay twice because of the weather.
24-Hour Delivery Guarantee
Photos back in 24 hours, as standard.
Every photo package is delivered within 24 hours of the shoot as the standard service, not as a paid upgrade you have to remember to ask for. When a listing has to go live tonight, same-day rush photo delivery is available on request. Video is the one exception: a video tour is delivered within 48 hours. We aim for 24, but a proper edit sometimes needs the second day, so if you need video in 24 hours or less, call us before you book.

Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport, Winter Garden, Clermont, Sanford: the rate card is identical in all of them. No mileage surcharge, no travel zones, no fuel line item, and no quiet upcharge because a property sits at the edge of the map.
Drone Aerials Included
Aerials in every package, no extra charge.
Licensed drone photography is included in every real estate and vacation rental package wherever airspace allows, rather than sold as an add-on. Airspace is checked and any LAANC authorization is filed before the shoot, so nobody finds out on the day that the property sits inside controlled airspace.
AI Twilight Included
An AI twilight exterior on every package, no extra charge.
Every real estate and vacation rental package includes an AI twilight exterior: a daytime exterior converted to dusk, delivered with the rest of the set, at no extra charge. Because the evening sky and the glow in the windows are created rather than captured, it is a digitally altered image and has to be disclosed as one on the MLS. Want the real thing? A real twilight shoot in the window after sunset is a separate evening visit with an added fee, so ask for it when you book. The frame most likely to become the lead photo should not depend on budget, which is why the AI version comes with every package.

FAA Part 107 certified and commercially insured.
Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot using Remote ID compliant equipment, and the business carries commercial insurance. Brokerages that keep vendor files on record can request the certificate at any time.
