You cannot buy a unit and run it as your own short-term rental in those, so there is nothing for us to photograph and nothing for you to market. Licensed drone photography is included in every real estate and vacation rental package wherever airspace allows, rather than sold as an add-on. Airspace is checked and any LAANC authorization is filed before the shoot, so nobody finds out on the day that the property sits inside controlled airspace.

FAA Part 107 certified and commercially insured.
Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot using Remote ID compliant equipment, and the business carries commercial insurance. Brokerages that keep vendor files on record can request the certificate at any time.
