Floridays is a condo-hotel on International Drive in Orange County, made up of two and three bedroom fully equipped suites across 20 acres of landscaped grounds. Owners can use the unit and rent it the rest of the year, often through on-site management.

Orange County permits far less short-term rental than the neighbouring counties, which makes Floridays one of a small number of genuine options in the Orlando tourist core rather than out in the Kissimmee or Davenport corridors.

How We Shoot It

Photographing a Rental in Floridays Resort Orlando

1

Owner-listed units compete against the resort's own inventory and against every other unit in the building, which are frequently the same floor plan. Whatever this owner has done differently, furniture, finish, or view, is the thing to lead with.

2

Suite interiors are compact and heavily furnished. Getting a two bedroom suite to read as spacious without distorting it is the core discipline.

3

The landscaped grounds are an asset the interior shots cannot convey and are worth including where the resort permits it.

Drone airspace, delivery times and multi-property days are covered once for every community on the resort communities page, along with our guarantees.

Floridays Resort Orlando Questions

Do you photograph Floridays Resort condos?

Yes. Floridays units are individually owned and rented, and owner-listed suites benefit from photography that distinguishes them from the identical floor plans elsewhere in the building.

Why does an owner at Floridays need their own photos?

Because a large number of units in the building share the same floor plan. Generic or resort-supplied imagery makes every listing look interchangeable, so whatever an individual owner has done differently, the furnishing, the finish, or the view, is the only thing that can distinguish their listing.

Is Floridays in Orange County?

Yes. It sits on International Drive in Orange County, which permits far less short-term rental than Osceola or Polk, making it one of a small number of options in the Orlando tourist core.
