Storey Lake Resort Photography
A strong performing Kissimmee resort roughly four and a half miles from Walt Disney World, built around the Hideaway Club with its lazy river and water slides.
Storey Lake sits roughly four and a half miles from Walt Disney World and is anchored by the Hideaway Club, with a lazy river and water slides. It has continued to perform for short-term rental owners where some older communities have softened.
The mix of townhomes and single family homes means listings here compete across two different guest segments, and the photography brief changes depending on which one a property is chasing.

Photographing a Rental in Storey Lake
Townhomes and single family homes need different treatment. A townhome listing lives or dies on making compact space read as comfortable rather than cramped, which is a lighting and lens discipline problem more than a styling one.
Proximity to the parks is the community's headline advantage and belongs in the listing's framing, not buried in the description.
Pool and patio areas on the smaller lots need careful angle work. Shot badly they emphasise how close the neighbour is; shot properly they read as private outdoor living.
Drone airspace, delivery times and multi-property days are covered once for every community on the resort communities page, along with our guarantees.
