A single property website is a web page built for one home: its own address online, with that listing's photos, video and 3D tour, branded to the listing agent instead of to a portal. Jet Media Productions includes one with every Total Package ($499), built from the same online gallery your photos are delivered in.
A listing usually lives on other people's pages. The MLS sends it to the portals and to brokerage sites, each with its own layout, its own ads and, on the portals, other agents beside yours. A single property website is the one page about the home where the agent on it is you, and every inquiry it takes comes to you.
What Is a Single Property Website?
It is one page per listing, made to be shared. Someone who opens it sees, from the top:
- the cover photo across the full width of the screen, with the address and the listing status
- the price, beds, baths and square feet
- your agent card, with your name, brokerage, phone and email
- the description and the highlights
- the cinematic video, then every photo, then the 3D tour
- a closing invitation to request a tour or get in touch
On a phone, a Request a Tour bar stays at the bottom of the screen the whole time. The web address is made from the street address, for example /p/12-palm-way-davenport-fl, and when the link is shared in a text or on social media, the preview shows the cover photo.
What Comes With the Website in the Total Package?
| Feature | What it does |
|---|---|
| Photos, video and 3D tour | Every photo, the video and the Zillow 3D tour from your shoot, on one page |
| Request a Tour | Visitors say which times suit them, and the request goes straight to your inbox |
| Contact Me | A message form that goes straight to you |
| Optional sign-up | Ask visitors for their details right away, after 15, 30 or 60 seconds, or not at all |
| Open house sign-in | A branded sign-in page for a tablet or phone at the door |
| Private leads page | Every lead in one list, with a CSV download |
| Listing details you control | Price, status, open house time, description and up to 12 highlights, changed by you |
| Compliance on every page | The Fair Housing notice, the Equal Housing Opportunity mark and your brokerage |
How Do Leads Reach You?
A visitor has four ways to raise a hand: Request a Tour, Contact Me, the sign-up and the open house sign-in. Each one is emailed to you with the person's name, email and phone, and replying to that email goes straight back to them. Each one is also saved on your private leads page, which is where a written message is kept, along with the times a visitor asked to tour. The visitor gets a short thank-you email with your name, brokerage and phone, so they know who will be in touch.
Whenever a form asks for an email or a phone number, it has a consent box the visitor has to tick themselves. It is never ticked for them, and the exact words they agreed to are saved with their lead. Those words cover calls, texts and email from you and your brokerage about the home and other real estate services, and tell them how to opt out at any time. Follow your brokerage's rules for calling and texting; this is general information, not legal advice.
How Does the Open House Sign-In Work?
- Open the sign-in page on a tablet or phone and set it by the door. It is branded to you and shows the address and the open house time.
- Guests sign in with their name. You decide whether email and phone are required, optional or left off the form.
- Add up to five questions of your own, as a short answer, a yes or no, or a paragraph. "Are you working with an agent?" and "How did you hear about the open house?" are common ones. A question about a protected characteristic, such as familial status, age or religion, is refused, because the sign-in follows Fair Housing rules too.
- Every sign-in is emailed to you and saved on your leads page with its answers, ready to download with the rest.
No clipboard, and no retyping a paper sheet the night after the open house.
Should Visitors Have to Sign Up Before They See Everything?
That is your decision, and you can change it at any time from your leads page. The choices are: anyone can view the page without signing up; ask for their details as soon as the page opens; or ask after 15, 30 or 60 seconds. Asking straight away puts the question in front of every visitor. A delay lets them see the cover photo, the price and some of the home first.
What Can You Change After the Website Goes Live?
Everything that changes during a listing's life, from your private leads page, without waiting on us:
- the price
- the status: For sale, Coming soon, Under contract or Sold
- the open house time shown on the page
- the description: once the home is on the MLS, paste in the public remarks
- up to 12 highlights
- the sign-up setting and the open house questions
How Do You Get Your Website After the Shoot?
| Step | What happens | Who does it |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Book the Total Package and the home is photographed and filmed | You book, we shoot |
| 2 | Photos arrive in your online gallery within 24 hours, the video within 48 hours | Jet Media |
| 3 | Open the website preview in your gallery: it is already built from your photos | You |
| 4 | Request the website with your name, brokerage, email and phone, plus the price and details | You |
| 5 | We check the details and publish it | Jet Media |
| 6 | You get an email with the website link and your private leads page | Automatic |
Nothing goes live until it has been checked. That check is what stops anyone holding a forwarded gallery link from pointing your leads at their own inbox. In Texas, the page also links TREC's Consumer Protection Notice and your broker's Information About Brokerage Services form, which you paste in when you request the website.
How Does It Keep a Listing Fair Housing Compliant?
Every page carries the Fair Housing notice and the Equal Housing Opportunity mark, and names your brokerage. The description is checked before it saves. Phrases Fair Housing rules forbid outright are refused, and wording that describes who a home suits rather than the home itself is flagged with a suggested rewrite, which you edit or confirm. Nothing is rewritten for you. Virtually staged and AI enhanced photos can be shown with a label or left off the page. Your brokerage's own advertising rules still apply.
What Does a Property Website Cost?
| Package | Price | Property website |
|---|---|---|
| Photo Package | $219 | $29 add-on from your gallery |
| Photo + Video or 3D Tour | $349 | $29 add-on from your gallery |
| Total Package | $499 | Included |
The Total Package is photos, a cinematic video tour and a Zillow 3D tour with an interactive floor plan, plus up to 10 virtually staged photos if the home needs them, and now the website with it. There is no separate subscription and nothing to set up yourself.
Who Can Use It?
Licensed listing agents. The website is advertising for a home for sale, so it names the listing agent and the brokerage and cannot go live without them. Homeowners selling without an agent and vacation rental hosts book the same shoots with us, but the website itself is for agent listings.
Why Is It Worth Having?
- One link for everything. The photos, the video and the 3D tour behind one address for social posts, texts, email and your signature.
- Your name on every inquiry. The page is branded to you, and every tour request, message, sign-up and open house guest comes to you.
- A digital open house sheet. Guests sign in on a screen, their answers are saved, and the list downloads in a click.
- Changes in a minute. A price change or a new status goes up from your leads page, with no request to anyone.
- Already part of the package. No extra website to pay for and no template to build.
See real estate photography for every package, and pricing to compare them.
