Yes, every line of it, from the $219 Photo Package up to the $499 Total Package. In Dallas-Fort Worth and San Antonio, Texas sales tax is added on top, because Texas taxes photography.

One price list across every metro is a deliberate choice. A brokerage with agents in Florida and Texas gets one rate card, one booking page and one standard of edit, wherever the listing is.
What Changes in Tampa Bay?
The water. Docks, lifts, seawalls, canal access and the view across the bay or the Gulf are features a ground-level photo cannot prove, so the included aerial does much of the selling. Large parts of Tampa sit in controlled airspace around Tampa International and MacDill Air Force Base, and we request FAA authorization before the shoot at no extra cost. What Changes in Jacksonville?
Water and canopy. St. Johns riverfront, marsh and Intracoastal views, oceanfront homes, and period houses under live oak canopy in Riverside, Avondale and Springfield each need a different lead frame. Jacksonville International, NAS Jacksonville and Naval Station Mayport all add controlled airspace, so the address is checked before shoot day. What Changes in Dallas-Fort Worth?
Alleys, brick and scale. Many Dallas-area homes from the 1960s through the 1990s park from a rear alley, so the aerial is the frame that shows the lot, the alley access and the backyard together, and a brick facade flattened by summer sun reads better in the AI twilight exterior. What Changes in San Antonio?
The Hill Country. On a Hill Country lot the view, the slope, the acreage and the water are the listing, and only an aerial shows them together. Closer in, King William and Monte Vista carry period detail that needs light and time. How Do I Book a Shoot Outside Orlando?
The same way Orlando agents do: book online, pick a package, enter the address. The shoot is scheduled with the Jet Media photographer based in that metro.

Pay at close works in every metro. It is a third-party loan from Titus, which lends to both agents and homeowners in Florida and Texas: on a home being sold, the invoice is repaid from the sale proceeds at closing, or six months after the shoot if the home has not sold, and it is owed either way.
