Where Around the Bay Do We Shoot?
Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco: Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Oldsmar, Westchase, Carrollwood, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Land O' Lakes, Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, Apollo Beach and the Gulf beaches.

Why Is Waterfront Different to Photograph?
Because on the water, the water is the listing. Docks, lifts, seawalls, canal access and the view across the bay or the Gulf are features a ground-level photo cannot prove.

Drone aerials are included in every package. So is an AI twilight exterior, which on a west-facing Gulf property is often the strongest single frame in the set, and a real twilight shoot at dusk is available by request for an added fee.
Can You Fly a Drone in South Tampa?
Usually, with authorization. Large parts of Tampa sit in controlled airspace around Tampa International and MacDill Air Force Base, and St. Pete-Clearwater International adds its own on the Pinellas side.
Flying there requires FAA authorization before takeoff, which we request as part of the shoot at no extra cost. Within five miles of Tampa International, the airport also asks drone operators for a courtesy notification. A few addresses close to the runways are limited to low altitudes.
What About Homes Rebuilt After the 2024 Storms?
Lead with what is new. A rebuilt or newly raised home should open its set with the exterior and the aerial, then let the interiors show the finishes.
Coastal neighborhoods around the bay are still rebuilding after the 2024 hurricane season, and a set that makes the new construction obvious in the first few frames does more for those listings than a long one.
How Do I Book a Shoot in Tampa Bay?
