Jet Media Productions is a real estate photography and video company headquartered in Orlando, Florida, and as of 1 October 2026 it has a photographer based in the Jacksonville area. Listing shoots across Jacksonville, the Beaches, Ponte Vedra, St. Johns County, Orange Park and Fleming Island are now booked at exactly the same prices, with exactly the same turnaround, as Orlando.
The First Coast just got the full Jet Media package. $219 for 40 to 75 edited photos. Drone aerials and an AI twilight exterior included at no extra charge. Photos delivered within 24 hours. Same as Orlando, down to the dollar.
Jacksonville is one of four metros launching today, alongside Tampa Bay, Dallas-Fort Worth and San Antonio. Two states, five metros, one price list.

Where in the Jacksonville Area Do We Shoot?
Duval, St. Johns, Clay and Nassau counties: Jacksonville itself, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Oakleaf, Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island.
Jacksonville is the largest city by area in the contiguous United States, which is a lot of ground. If you are not sure whether an address is covered, call us. The Jacksonville page has the neighborhood-by-neighborhood detail.
What Makes a Jacksonville Listing Different to Shoot?
Water and canopy. Almost every Jacksonville listing is defined by one or the other, and the right frame depends on which.
| Setting | What sells it | The frame that carries it |
|---|---|---|
| St. Johns riverfront | Docks, frontage and the width of the river | Aerial |
| Marsh and Intracoastal | The view across the marsh and the water access | Aerial and twilight |
| Oceanfront and near-beach | Distance to the sand and the ocean-side elevation | Morning exterior and aerial |
| Riverside, Avondale and Springfield | Period detail under live oak canopy | Well-timed exteriors and careful interiors |
| St. Johns County new construction | Position in the community and the amenities | Aerial |
Can You Fly a Drone Near NAS Jacksonville and Mayport?
Often, with authorization. Jacksonville International sits in Class C airspace, and NAS Jacksonville on the St. Johns, Naval Station Mayport at the river mouth, and Craig and Cecil airports each add controlled airspace of their own.
Flying in controlled airspace requires FAA authorization before takeoff. We request it as part of the shoot at no extra cost. A few addresses close to the runways are limited to low altitudes, so give us the address at booking and the airspace is checked before shoot day.
How Do I Book a Shoot in Jacksonville?
The same way Orlando agents do: book online, pick a package, enter the address. The shoot is scheduled with the Jet Media photographer based in the Jacksonville area.
- Book online and choose your package.
- Enter the property address and your preferred date.
- Get photos back within 24 hours of the shoot.
Every shoot carries the same guarantees as Orlando, including the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: love the photos, or we reshoot free.
Pay at close works here too. It is a third-party loan from Titus, which lends to both agents and homeowners in Florida and Texas: on a home being sold, the invoice is repaid from the sale proceeds at closing, or six months after the shoot if the home has not sold, and it is owed either way. Titus charges the borrower 0% to 8% depending on credit, plus our flat $25 service fee. How pay at close works has the details.
