Now Shooting in Dallas-Fort Worth: Jet Media Lands in Texas

By Tyler Landon, Jet Media Productions·

Jet Media Productions is a real estate photography and video company headquartered in Orlando, Florida, and as of 1 October 2026 it has a photographer based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Listing shoots across the metroplex are now booked at exactly the same prices, with exactly the same turnaround, as Orlando.

Read that last line again, because it is the whole announcement. Not a Texas rate card. Not a travel fee for flying someone in. The same $219 Photo Package, the same drone aerials and AI twilight exterior included at no extra charge, and the same 24-hour photo delivery Central Florida agents have been booking for years.

DFW, we are here. And we did not come alone: Dallas-Fort Worth is one of four metros launching today, alongside San Antonio, Tampa Bay and Jacksonville. It is the biggest expansion in the company's history.

What Does Jet Media Offer in Dallas-Fort Worth?

The full real estate lineup, unchanged from Orlando: listing photos, video tours, Zillow 3D tours, drone aerials and AI twilight exteriors, with photos delivered within 24 hours and video within 48.

Yes, every line of it. Jet Media Productions charges the same in Dallas-Fort Worth as in Orlando, from the $219 Photo Package up to the $499 Total Package, with Texas sales tax added on top because Texas taxes photography.

One price list across every metro is a deliberate choice. A brokerage with agents in Florida and Texas gets one rate card, one booking page and one standard of edit, wherever the listing is.

Where in Dallas-Fort Worth Do We Shoot?

Across the metroplex: Dallas and Fort Worth, and the suburbs around them, including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, Irving, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Carrollton, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Grapevine, Southlake, Keller and Denton.

If the property is in the metroplex, book it, and if you are not sure, call us. The Dallas-Fort Worth page has the neighborhood-by-neighborhood detail.

What Makes a DFW Listing Different to Shoot?

Alleys, brick, canopy and sheer scale. North Texas housing photographs differently from Florida, and the included extras are what handle the difference.

  • Alley-loaded garages. Many Dallas-area homes from the 1960s through the 1990s park from a rear alley. The front photographs clean, and the aerial is the frame that shows the lot, the alley access and the backyard together.
  • Brick under hard light. Summer sun flattens a brick facade by mid-morning. The AI twilight exterior, included in every package, shows it in evening light instead.
  • Mature canopy. In the M Streets, Lakewood and the older Fort Worth neighborhoods, the trees that make the street also shade the front of the house, so exterior timing matters as much as the interiors.
  • Scale. The metroplex covers thousands of square miles, so one week can mean an Uptown condo, a Fort Worth bungalow and a new build in Celina. One standard of edit across all of it is the point.

Can You Fly a Drone Near DFW Airport and Love Field?

Often, with authorization. Large parts of the metroplex sit in controlled airspace: the Class B around DFW Airport and Love Field, plus Class D around towered fields such as Addison, Fort Worth Meacham and Alliance.

Flying in controlled airspace requires FAA authorization before takeoff. We request it as part of the shoot at no extra cost. A small number of addresses close to the runways are limited to low altitudes, so give us the address at booking and the airspace is checked before shoot day.

How Do I Book a Shoot in Dallas-Fort Worth?

The same way Orlando agents do: book online, pick a package, enter the address. The shoot is scheduled with the Jet Media photographer based in the metroplex.

  1. Book online and choose your package.
  2. Enter the property address and your preferred date.
  3. Get photos back within 24 hours of the shoot.

Every shoot carries the same guarantees as Orlando, including the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: love the photos, or we reshoot free.

Pay at close works here too. It is a third-party loan from Titus, which lends to both agents and homeowners in Florida and Texas: on a home being sold, the invoice is repaid from the sale proceeds at closing, or six months after the shoot if the home has not sold, and it is owed either way. Titus charges the borrower 0% to 8% depending on credit, plus our flat $25 service fee. How pay at close works has the details.
