Showcase listings present differently in Zillow search and on the listing page itself: an interactive floor plan tied to the photos, room-by-room navigation, and a layout that gives the media far more space than a standard gallery.

Showcase Select is a marketplace, not a quality tier
There are two routes to Showcase media. Both meet the same technical standard for the media itself.
Showcase Select is the paid marketplace listing agents browse when they do not already have a photographer, and photographers pay a monthly fee to appear in it. It is a lead-generation directory. We are not in it, because our clients already know who they are calling.
What matters for your listing is that the media meets Showcase specification and gets delivered through the right pipeline. It does.
