The Hero Shot

Twilight Photography

The single most scroll-stopping frame a listing can have. Shot in the real window after sunset, when the sky still holds colour and every window in the house is glowing.

Quoted per property

A twilight exterior is the image that gets used everywhere: the MLS lead photo, the postcard, the social ad, the sign rider. It works because it is the one shot a phone camera cannot casually replicate, and because a house with warm light in every window reads as a home rather than a property.

It is also the shot with the least margin for error. The usable window is roughly 20 to 30 minutes after sunset, and in Central Florida it moves by more than an hour across the year and closes faster in summer than most people expect.

What You Get

Twilight Photography at a Glance

The real window

Shot in the 20 to 30 minutes after sunset when sky and window light actually balance.

No disclosure needed

A genuine capture, not a replaced sky, so nothing has to be labelled as digitally altered.

Lit pool decks

A pool at twilight is often the strongest element in the frame, and the reason resort homes book it.

Hero image

Built to be the MLS lead photo, the postcard, and the social ad.

Scheduled around real sunset

Sunset moves by more than an hour across the Central Florida year. We book to it, not to a fixed hour.

Pairs with a day shoot

Most listings take the full daytime set plus one or two twilight exteriors.

Why the window is so tight

Twilight photography depends on balance: the sky has to still hold colour while the interior lights are bright enough to glow through the windows. Too early and the sky overpowers the house, so the windows read grey. Too late and the sky goes black, which kills the depth that makes the shot work.

That balance holds for about 20 to 30 minutes. We arrive well before it to set up, scout the angle, and get the house ready, because there is no second attempt on the same evening.

What the house needs to do

Every interior light on, including lamps and closet lights that seem irrelevant during the day. Every one of them is a window that glows or a window that does not.

Blinds and curtains open. Exterior and landscape lighting on. Pool light on if there is a pool, because a lit pool at twilight is frequently the strongest element in the frame. Cars off the driveway, bins out of sight, and garden furniture arranged as though somebody is about to sit in it.

We will walk the house before the light turns and switch on anything that has been missed, but a house that is already prepared buys us more frames in the window that matters.

Twilight versus an enhanced sky

A digitally replaced sky is a different product and it has to be disclosed as a digitally altered image under the rules most MLSs and brokerages now follow. It is a legitimate option, and our Blue Sky Guarantee offers it when the weather does not cooperate, but it is not the same as a real twilight capture.

A genuine twilight exterior needs no disclosure because nothing was fabricated. The light in those windows was really there.

Our Guarantees

Booked With Zero Risk

Every shoot is backed in writing. If something is not right, fixing it is on us, not on your listing timeline.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Love the photos, or we reshoot free.

If the media does not work for your listing, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and reshoot the property at no charge. No debate, no partial credit, no invoice games. We would rather spend another morning at the property than have you market it with photos you are not proud of.

Blue Sky Guarantee

A grey day never costs you a listing.

Florida weather does not check your listing calendar. If the shoot day turns grey, overcast, or wet, you pick the fix: we come back and reshoot the exteriors in good light at no charge, or we enhance the sky so the home looks like it does on its best day, labelled as a digitally altered image the way MLS rules require. Either way you never pay twice because of the weather.

24-Hour Delivery Guarantee

Photos back in 24 hours, as standard.

Every photo package is delivered within 24 hours of the shoot as the standard service, not as a paid upgrade you have to remember to ask for. When a listing has to go live tonight, same-day rush delivery is available on request.

No Travel Fees

One price across every city we serve.

Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport, Winter Garden, Clermont, Sanford: the rate card is identical in all of them. No mileage surcharge, no travel zones, no fuel line item, and no quiet upcharge because a property sits at the edge of the map.

Drone Aerials Included

Aerials in every package, no extra charge.

Licensed drone photography is included in every real estate and vacation rental package wherever airspace allows, rather than sold as an add-on. Airspace is checked and any LAANC authorization is filed before the shoot, so nobody finds out on the day that the property sits inside controlled airspace.

Licensed and Insured

FAA Part 107 certified and commercially insured.

Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot using Remote ID compliant equipment, and the business carries commercial insurance. Brokerages that keep vendor files on record can request the certificate at any time.

Twilight Photography Questions

What time do you shoot twilight photos?

The usable window is roughly 20 to 30 minutes after sunset, when the sky still holds colour and the interior lights read as warm glow rather than blown-out white. We arrive well before it to set up and prepare the house, because the window does not reopen on the same evening. Sunset in Central Florida moves by more than an hour across the year, so the appointment time moves with it.

How should I prepare the house for a twilight shoot?

Every interior light on, including lamps and closet lights. Blinds and curtains open. Exterior and landscape lighting on, and the pool light on if there is a pool. Cars off the driveway, bins out of sight, and outdoor furniture arranged. We will switch on anything missed, but a prepared house means more usable frames in a short window.

Is a twilight photo the same as an enhanced sky?

No. A twilight photo is a real capture in real light and needs no disclosure. A digitally replaced sky is an edit and has to be labelled as a digitally altered image under the standard most MLSs and brokerages now follow. Both are legitimate; only one is an actual photograph of that evening.

Is twilight photography worth it?

It earns its place on listings where the exterior is a selling point: homes with pools, landscape lighting, water or golf frontage, and any property whose competition on the same street all posted midday photos. On a small interior-led listing the budget usually does more elsewhere.
