Four listings a month is most of a working day spent driving to properties you have already been to. That is the part worth pricing. The install is trivial. The trip is not.
The Reason That Actually Matters More
Here is the part most agents have never considered, and it is the stronger argument.
If the sign goes in the yard and the lockbox goes on the door before the shoot, both end up in your photos. A metal post in the middle of the front lawn. A black box hanging off the front door handle in every exterior frame and every twilight shot.
Photographers deal with this constantly. Sometimes we can angle around it. Sometimes we clone it out in post, which is extra work and never looks quite right on a door. Mostly it just sits there in the hero image, which is the single most important frame in the entire listing.
Shoot first, install after, and you get both things at once: a spotless exterior with nothing in the frame that should not be there, and a property that is showing-ready the moment we leave. Same trip. Better outcome. The only reason it has not been done this way is that the photographer usually drives off before the sign shows up.

We shoot the property clean. Full exterior coverage, drone aerials, twilight if that is in your package, with nothing in the frame.
We install before we leave. Sign set straight and square to the street, lockbox on the door or wherever you specify. Code set to whatever you tell us.
You get a confirmation photo. A quick shot of the installed sign and lockbox, texted over, so you know it is done and done properly without driving out to check.
Photos land within 24 hours. Sign is up, lockbox is on, images are in your inbox. The listing can go live immediately.
Leave Your Signs With Us
If you list regularly in Central Florida, do not bother collecting them between properties. We will store your lockboxes and yard signs at no charge and carry them from listing to listing. Tell us the address, we bring your branded sign, install it after the shoot, and pull it when the property closes if you want that too.
Agents who set this up once tend to stop thinking about signage entirely, which is the actual product. The $30 is not really buying fifteen minutes of labour. It is buying the thing off your list.
Common Questions
Do you supply the sign or lockbox? No. These are yours: your branding, your lockbox, your code. We install what you give us.
What about HOA sign rules? Tell us the community and any placement restriction and we will follow it. Several Central Florida communities have setback or size rules, and a sign installed in the wrong spot gets pulled.
Can you remove them after closing? Yes. Ask when you book and we will schedule the pull.
What if the ground is too hard? Central Florida soil in a dry spell can be genuinely difficult. We carry what we need for it. If a sign truly cannot be set safely we will tell you rather than leaving something that falls over in the first storm.
Is it available on every package? Yes. Photo, video, and 3D tour packages all take the add-on, and it works on vacation rental shoots too.
